By accessing or using the FundReady website, intake questionnaires, or any deliverables (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the Services. These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you and Higher Dimension Services LLC ("we," "us," or "our").

FundReady provides business consulting and document preparation services, which may include:

• Executive summaries and investment memoranda formatting
• Capital readiness assessments and business analysis reports
• Investor presentation materials and pitch deck structuring
• Document preparation, editing, and institutional-grade formatting
• Strategic business consulting and gap analysis
• Intake questionnaires and data-collection workflows

All deliverables are prepared based on information you provide. We do not independently verify the accuracy, completeness, or legality of that information. You are solely responsible for the truthfulness of all data submitted.

You expressly acknowledge and agree that FundReady does not and will not:

• Raise capital or secure funding on your behalf
• Broker, arrange, or intermediate any financing, debt, or equity transaction
• Introduce you to investors, lenders, venture capitalists, or any capital providers
• Provide investment advice, securities recommendations, or financial planning services
• Provide legal, tax, or accounting advice
• Act as a placement agent, underwriter, or finder's fee recipient
• Guarantee or promise any funding, investment, grant, loan, or similar financial outcome
• Manage assets, hold funds in escrow, or act as a fiduciary

If you require regulated financial services, you must engage a properly licensed professional or institution independently.

Any scores, ratings, probabilities, or metrics generated by FundReady—including but not limited to the "Capital Readiness Score" and "Funding Probability Rating"—are analytical estimates based solely on the information you provide. They are intended for internal planning and document preparation purposes only.

These metrics do not constitute a credit score, an investment recommendation, a promise of results, or a guarantee that you will obtain funding, investment, grants, loans, or any other financial outcome. Market conditions, investor appetite, credit profiles, and regulatory environments change continuously, and we make no representation or warranty regarding future results.

Fees for our services are disclosed at the time of purchase or package selection. All fees are due in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing. Deliverables are provided in digital format (PDF, presentation files, or other agreed formats) and are deemed delivered upon transmission to the email address or account you provide.

Because our services involve immediate preparation and customization of documents based on your submitted information, all sales are final once work has commenced. Refunds are only available in the limited circumstances described in our Refund Policy.

Upon full payment, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the deliverables we prepare for your internal business purposes. You may not resell, redistribute, or publicly display our templates, methodologies, or proprietary frameworks without our prior written consent.

We retain all ownership rights in our proprietary tools, questionnaires, assessment frameworks, and underlying software. All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Higher Dimension Services LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

• You are responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and legality of all information you submit.
• You are responsible for engaging licensed legal, tax, accounting, and financial professionals before making any capital-raising or investment decisions.
• You are responsible for complying with all applicable securities, banking, and financial regulations in your jurisdiction.
• You understand that our deliverables are documents and analysis for your own use and do not constitute an offering, solicitation, or recommendation to third parties.
• You will not use our Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Higher Dimension Services LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost profits, lost revenue, or lost business opportunities, arising out of or relating to your use of the Services or any deliverables.

Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Higher Dimension Services LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, the dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Delaware, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by updating the date at the bottom of this page. Your continued use of the Services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
