You remain solely responsible for selecting advisors, attorneys, accountants, and capital providers. Any documents we prepare are for your own use and do not constitute an offering, solicitation, or recommendation to buy, sell, or invest in any security or financial instrument.

Every business is unique. Market conditions, investor appetite, credit profiles, and regulatory environments change continuously. Because of this, FundReady makes no representation, warranty, or guarantee that any client will obtain funding, investment, grants, loans, or any other financial outcome as a result of using our services.
The Capital Readiness Score, Funding Probability Rating, and any similar metrics generated within our reports are analytical estimates based on the information you provide. They are for internal planning and document preparation purposes only and should not be construed as a promise of results, a credit score, or an investment recommendation.

We are not registered with the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA). We do not hold any state or federal license to engage in securities, investment banking, or lending activities.
