FundReady is a service operated by Higher Dimension Services LLC.

Service Nature Disclosure

FundReady provides business consulting and document preparation services only. We do not raise capital, broker financing, secure investors, or provide investment advice. No funding outcome is guaranteed. Our deliverables are customized documents and analytical reports prepared specifically for you based on the information you submit. Because of the immediate, personalized nature of our work, our refund policy reflects the costs we incur upon commencement.

1. Overview

All purchases of FundReady services are final. Because our services involve the immediate allocation of consultant time, proprietary framework application, and customized document preparation based on your unique business information, we cannot offer blanket refunds once work has commenced. However, we recognize that exceptional circumstances may arise, and we have established the limited refund criteria below.

2. Eligibility for Refund

A refund may be granted only in the following limited circumstances:

Service Not Yet Commenced

If you request a cancellation before any consultant has begun work on your engagement and before any customized deliverables have been prepared, you may be eligible for a full refund minus any payment processing fees.

Technical Failure on Our End

If we are unable to deliver your documents due to a technical failure within our systems that prevents completion and cannot be resolved within 10 business days, you may request a full refund.

Duplicate Payment

If you were accidentally charged twice for the same service, the duplicate charge will be refunded in full upon verification.

Material Non-Delivery

If we fail to deliver the specific deliverables outlined in your selected package description, and the omission is not due to incomplete or inaccurate information you provided, you may request a partial or full refund based on the scope of non-delivery.

3. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will not be granted in the following situations:

Change of mind after work has commenced or deliverables have been prepared
Dissatisfaction with funding outcomes—we do not guarantee capital raising success
Failure to obtain funding, investment, or financing after using our documents
Deciding not to pursue capital raising after receiving deliverables
Providing incomplete, inaccurate, or fraudulent information that affects deliverable quality
Delay in providing required information that extends the engagement timeline
Disputes over subjective stylistic preferences when deliverables meet package specifications

4. Refund Request Process

Submit a Request

Email admin@higherdimensionservices.org with the subject line "Refund Request – [Your Order ID]". Include your full name, company name, date of purchase, package selected, and a detailed explanation of why you believe a refund is warranted.

Review Period

We will review your request within 5 business days. We may request additional documentation or clarification during this period.

Decision & Processing

If your request is approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

5. Refund Timeline

All refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the original purchase date. Requests received after 30 days will not be considered except in cases of duplicate billing or documented technical failures, which may be reviewed at our discretion up to 90 days from purchase.

6. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

We ask that you contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank or payment provider. Filing a chargeback without first attempting to resolve the issue with us may result in suspension of your account and ineligibility for future services. If a chargeback is filed, we reserve the right to provide your bank with evidence of service delivery and these Terms to dispute the claim.

7. Modifications to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. The policy in effect at the time of your purchase will govern your transaction.
